This initiative, sponsored by Franklin Graham and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), began on May 15 and runs until July 4 to invite God’s mercy and blessing on America as we celebrate the country’s 250th birthday. Each day at noon ET, a pastor representing one of the fifty states and the District of Columbia shares a prayer. You can find more information and additional prayers for our nation on their website.
We’re grateful for the BGEA’s efforts to cover our nation in prayer, and we’re honored to participate. America has been held together by the prayers of generations of faithful Christ-followers who have gone before us. Now it’s our turn to pray.
