It is as impractical to leave your faith in church as it is to leave your marriage at home, Pastor Allen said, but fear and uncertainty make even born leaders reluctant. That was the impetus behind his latest book, Lead with Faith: Using Your Influence for God’s Purposes.
“Lead with Faith was written as a how-to manual of taking your God-story wherever you go,” he said, adding people will respond because everyone is looking for hope and strength.
“Every display of courage gives heart to those who are standing in the shadows afraid,” he said.
