The corporate prayers of God’s people have a tremendous significance in the purposes of God, and the National Day of Prayer provides a unique opportunity to celebrate our freedom to gather and pray for our nation and those in authority.
The only way through our current circumstances is through prayer. We’re not going to find a political solution, an economic solution, or a medical solution until we have a God solution—the power for a breakthrough in any of those arenas begins in a spiritual place. Your prayers matter! We hope you can join us this Thursday, May 5, for these National Day of Prayer events:
12-Hour Prayer Watch:
Join us at the beginning of any hour from 6am to 6pm for a 45-minute, video-led prayer session at World Outreach Church.
Find more information and sign up here.
Online Prayer Watch:
If you’re not in the Nashville area, you can pray with us over live stream on Thursday at 6am, 12pm, and 5pm. Take part in the same video-led prayers as those gathered on campus.Go to the live stream.
Thursday Night National Broadcast:
Pastor Allen will also be a part of the 2022 National Day of Prayer Broadcast from Washington D.C. at 8pm ET, along with Anne Graham-Lotz, Chris Tomlin, Matthew West, and more. Find information about the broadcast, including where to watch it here.
Whether you join us in person, online, or pray on your own, let’s take time to give thanks, repent, and ask for God’s mercy, restoration, and guidance over our nation. He will move Heaven and Earth, if His people will seek His face.
