During this conversation, Pastor Allen shares his love of Israel that began when he was taken to Jerusalem by his parents when he was a child. “I thought all little boys learned to love the Jewish people,” he said.
In the years since, he has hosted hundreds of tours to Israel, and he sees how it helps Christians better develop a love of Israel and Jews. “There's a tremendous strength if Christians can learn to be appreciative of the Jewish people," Pastor Allen observed. "There's far more that binds us together than pushes us apart. And if Christians can grasp that, then we truly are united.”
